Why only 29 audio sessions of the 30-Day Challenge?  Because we took one day out in the middle to do a full day meditation retreat at Mountain Yoga. The audio of the instruction and guided meditations of that retreat will be posted soon and make a nice audio format for conducting your own one-day retreat.
