30-Day Mindfulness Challenge Audio

The 30-Day Mindfulness Challenge_Session 29, Happiness is an Inside Job

Here is the twenty-ninth and final audio installment from the 30-Day Mindfulness Challenge, a progression of 30 consecutive days of one-hour meditation classes I am teaching at Mountain Yoga in South Lake Tahoe, CA.  Follow from afar or catch up on live classes you missed.

Why only 29 audio sessions of the 30-Day Challenge?  Because we took one day out in the middle to do a full day meditation retreat at Mountain Yoga. The audio of the instruction and guided meditations of that retreat will be posted soon and make a nice audio format for conducting your own one-day retreat.

Thanks for following and best wishes for the quick attainment of all your goals,

  • Genuine happiness is a matter of subtraction rather than addition

Thank you Doug, for leading such a beautifully crafted progression of meditation classes. It really great to have the time to digest each class and practice a little before moving on. It was so easy to follow your simple instructions and I enjoyed watching the first timers settle right into the meditations and stick with them too (including my wife)! That says a lot about your talent for teaching. From basic relaxation techniques to the highest states of awareness- you’ve got a super program going. Keep up the auspiciously great work!
